Mr. Smart Theophilus has B.Sc Agriculture Science and has over 7 years’ experience as Monitoring and Evaluation officer for USAID and CDC funded. HIV/OVC projects in many states in Nigeria. He is very conversant with GoN OVC and KAP monitoring tools including NOMIS, DHIS and DATIM. The M&E manager leads the development and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation plan in close collaboration with partners.
